Over 288 participants from the FM sector across Singapore, Indonesia, and China joined us on the Future of Work in Facilities Management webinar, where Eden was privileged to share our insights on. This is the start of a webinar series organized by the IFMA S. The IFMA Singapore Chapter is one of the leading industry associations for the FM sector in Singapore, driving greater professionalism and promoting greater collaboration with stakeholders across the Built Environment value chain. This webinar series aim to provide a space to discuss important topics relating to FM, such as technology adoption, skills, risk management, and sharing of overseas best practices.

Due to COVID-19, participants saw a greater push for technological innovations in managing facilities, and also the need to maintain costs while meeting increase in expectations as two of the top concerns for FM teams in Singapore. Following closely was the challenge of equipping employees with digital tools and capabilities, where more than 100 participants also listed skills upgrading and shifting mindsets of FM teams as their key concern.
