Jerrell is a Strategy Consultant at Eden Strategy Institute, where he advises clients on sustainability strategy and supports impact studies with local enterprises. Deeply committed to creating a more equitable and sustainable world, he believes in the power of collaborative social innovation to drive meaningful change.

An engineer by training, Jerrell brings a unique blend of academic rigor and industry experience to his work. He holds a Master’s in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge’s Engineering for Sustainable Development programme, where he applied systems thinking to address complex challenges like climate change mitigation and organizational transformation. His collaborations with climate investors, tech startups, and NGOs focused on advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals through innovative engineering solutions.

Before Eden, Jerrell worked in advanced process development at a Fortune 500 semiconductor firm, where he honed his ability to tackle complex challenges under time pressure, with creativity and structure—skills he now applies to sustainability strategy. He earned his Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering (Highest Distinction) from Nanyang Technological University.

Outside work, Jerrell stays active on the tennis court, explores nature, and volunteers with local food distributors to support underserved communities.
