Ericka Wu

Ericka Wu Liang is a Strategy Consultant at Eden Strategy Institute. She is passionate about social impact and international development, with a particular interest in addressing complex socioeconomic challenges through innovative and sustainable approaches. Her most recent mission at Eden involved in-depth engagement with local enterprises to assess their productivity challenges, success factors, and outcomes to evaluate the impact of a government grant. 

Prior to joining Eden, Ericka spent time at Tri-Sector Associates and AVPN, where she worked on a diverse array of social impact projects. Her experience includes developing outcomes-based impact financing initiatives to support marginalised communities, conducting case analyses for sustainability strategy reports, and contributing to research on the green economy and blended finance. Ericka has also advised a wide range of clients—from corporations to philanthropic foundations—on strategic investment opportunities to drive impact. Additionally, her role as a research assistant focused on the development of small states, combined with her background in policy analysis, has equipped her with a nuanced understanding of global economic trends and their implications for sustainable development. 

Ericka holds a BA (Honors) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from Yale-NUS College, providing her with a multidisciplinary framework to tackle complex global challenges and create meaningful impact.
