Daffa is a Strategy Research Analyst at Eden Strategy Institute. Prior to joining Eden, he worked at Gunung Sewu Group, a leading diversified business group in Indonesia, where he led multiple projects in sustainability, supply chain management, and business growth strategy within the company’s consumer goods business segment. Before that, he supported business compliance and audit functions at Danone. These interdisciplinary early-career foundations played a significant role in shaping his strengths in systematic thinking, analytical reasoning, and a generalist approach to problem-solving. 

Driven by a global mindset from an early age, Daffa was actively involved in ITS Global Engagement during his university years, contributing to campus internationalisation and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) initiatives through media and communication platforms. He further broadened his international exposure through a short programme at Istanbul Aydın University, where he deepened his understanding of project management while collaborating with international students. Additionally, he served as a laboratory assistant for the university’s International Undergraduate Programme (IUP). 

Daffa holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, graduating with cum laude honours.
